Delete from App
You can delete your account directly from the mobile application settings.
Permanent Action
Deletion is final, and the process cannot be reversed once completed.

Requests are processed immediately or within a short processing time.
How to Delete Your Account
Open the ORJ Event mobile app, go to account settings, and choose the delete account option. Follow the in-app confirmation steps to permanently remove your account.
What Happens After Deletion
After deletion, your account is permanently disabled. You can no longer sign in or access any account-related services, records, or booking history linked to that account.
Data Removal Policy
Once your account is deleted, all personal data associated with your account is permanently removed from our system. We do not retain or store personal user data after account deletion.
Deleted data may include:
- Name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Booking history
- Profile information
